This website, www.builttolead.sa, is operated by Built To Lead Co. (“Built to Lead”, “we”, “us”), Commercial Registration No. 7054159020, Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) dated 9/2/1443H, its Implementing Regulations, and related regulations issued by the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data, such as health, religious or financial information. Please do not include it in your messages.

Our website is intended for professionals and organisations and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

الموقع الإلكتروني www.builttolead.sa تشغله شركة بنيت لتقود (“بنيت لتقود”، “نحن”)، السجل التجاري رقم 7054159020، المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن جهة التحكم في البيانات الشخصية الموضحة في هذه السياسة. ونعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/19) وتاريخ 9/2/1443هـ ولائحته التنفيذية والأنظمة ذات العلاقة الصادرة عن الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
نحن لا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات حساسه مثل البيانات الصحية أو الدينية أو المالية، ونرجو عدم تضمينها في رسائلك.

بعد انتهاء هذه المدد، نتلف البيانات بطريقة آمنة أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية، ما لم يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها لمدة أطول.

لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني info@builttolead.sa. وسنجيبك خلال 30 يوماً. ولإيقاف استلام النشرة البريدية، استخدم رابط إلغاء الاشتراك الموجود في أي رسالة.
نطبق تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقدان أو الإفصاح، ومنها الاتصال المشفر (HTTPS) وتقييد صلاحيات الوصول. وفي حال حدوث أي تسرب للبيانات يمس حقوقك، سنبلغ الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) ونبلغك متى ما طلب النظام ذلك.
موقعنا موجه للمهنيين والجهات، وليس موجهاً لمن هم دون 18 عاماً. ونحن لا نجمع عن علم بيانات شخصية من القاصرين.
قد نحدث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. وسينشر الإصدار المحدث على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ “آخر تحديث” جديد، وسنبرز التعديلات الجوهرية على الموقع.
