Content on the Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or human-resources advice. Program descriptions, schedules, trainers and fees shown on the Website are indicative and may change without notice.
Enrollment in any program, workshop or service is subject to a separate proposal, agreement or registration terms, which will prevail over the Website content in case of any conflict.
When you submit information through our contact or newsletter forms, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Any personal data you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to the competent courts in Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are available in Arabic and English. In case of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version prevails.

تنظم هذه الشروط والأحكام (“الشروط”) دخولك إلى موقع www.builttolead.sa (“الموقع”) واستخدامه. بدخولك إلى الموقع أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. وإذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
الموقع مملوك وتُشغله شركة بنيت لتقود (“بنيت لتقود”، “نحن”)، سجل تجاري رقم 7054159020، رقم ضريبي 314753671200003، المدينة المنورة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
يجوز لك استخدام الموقع للأغراض المشروعة فقط ووفقاً لهذه الشروط، وتلتزم بعدم القيام بما يلي:
يحق لنا تقييد أو منع وصول أي شخص يخالف هذه الشروط إلى الموقع.
جميع محتويات الموقع، بما في ذلك النصوص وصف البرامج والأطر والمنهجيات والرسومات والشعارات والعلامات التجارية والصور ومقاطع الفيديو والمواد القابلة للتنزيل، مملوكة لشركة بنيت لتقود أو مرخصة لها، ومحمية بموجب أنظمة الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والاتفاقيات الدولية.
يجوز لك عرض المحتوى وطباعته لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري فقط، ولا يجوز نسخته أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو إعادة نشره أو بيعه أو استخدامه لأغراض تجارية أو تدريبية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة منا.
يُقدَّم محتوى الموقع لأغراض المعلومات العامة فقط، ولا يُعد استشارة مهنية أو قانونية أو مالية أو في مجال الموارد البشرية. كما أن أوصاف البرامج وأscheduleها والمدربين والرسوم المعروضة على الموقع إرشادية وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.
يخضع التسجيل في أي برنامج أو ورشة عمل أو خدمة لعرض أو اتفاقية أو شروط تسجيل مستقلة، تكون لها الأولوية على محتوى الموقع عند وجود أي تعارض.
عند تقديم معلومات عبر نموذج التواصل أو نموذج الاشتراك في النشرة البريدية، فإنك تؤكد صحتها وأنك مخول بتقديمها. ويتم التعامل مع أي بيانات شخصية تقدمها وفقاً لسياستنا للخصوصية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
يجوز لنا استخدام أي أفكار أو مقترحات أو ملاحظات ترسلها إلينا طوعاً دون أي التزام تجاهك، مع عدم نشر اسمك أو هويتك دون موافقتك.
عند اشتراكك في النشرة البريدية، فإنك توافق على تلقي رسائل بريد إلكتروني منا حول برامجنا وفعالياتنا ومحتوانا المعرفي، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر الرابط الموجود في أي رسالة أو بالتواصل معنا.
قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع أو خدمات تابعة لأطراف خارجية، ولا نتحكم في محتواها أو سياساتها أو ممارساتها ولا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عنها. ويكون دخولك إليها على مسؤوليتك الخاصة ووفقاً لشروطها.

توافق على تعويض بنيت لتقود عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو نفقات، بما في ذلك أتعاب المحاماة المعقولة، الناشئة عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدامك للموقع.
يحق لنا تعديل أي جزء من الموقع أو تعليقه أو إيقافه في أي وقت، كما يحق لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر؛ وسيُنشر الإصدار المحدث في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ “آخر تحديث” جديد. ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد نشر التعديلات قبولاً للشروط المحدثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. وسنسعى أولاً إلى حل أي نزاع ودياً، فإن تعذر ذلك خلال 30 يوماً، يُحال النزاع إلى المحاكم المختصة في مدينة المدينة المنورة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
إذا ثبت بطلان أي بند من هذه الشروط أو تعذر تنفيذه، تظل بقية البنود سارية ونافذة بالكامل.
هذه الشروط متاحة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وفي حال وجود أي تعارض بينهما، يُعتمد النص العربي.
